1. The player who created the Guild will be the first Guild Leader by default.

2. There will be 1 Guild Leader and 2 Vice Leaders.

3. The Guild Leader and Vice Leaders can approve or refuse the applications sent for entering the Guild at [Guild Members] - [Applications List]. You can select the options like like “Don’t allow others to apply for our Guild, Auto-accept applications and check the applications one by one” at [Apply Settings].

4. The Guild Leader can assign other members as Vice Leaders or Elders at [Guild Member]. The Vice Leader can assign members as Elders at [Guild Member].

5. Players with a higher role can kick the lower ones out of the Guild at [Guild Member].

6. The Guild Leader and Vice Leader can invite players to the Guild at [Guild Member] - [Invite].

7. The Guild Leader and Vice Leader can change the Announcement at [Guild Hall] - [Change Announcement].

Change Guild Leader

1. Dismiss

1) If the Guild Leader isn’t online for three consecutive days, Guild Members can dismiss the Guild Leader at [Guild Hall] - [Dismiss] on the 4th day. Once they’re dismissed, the player who requested the dismissal will become the new Guild Leader.

2) If the Guild Leader isn’t online for seven consecutive days, at 3:00 a.m. on the 8th day the system will dismiss the Guild Leader automatically and assign a new Guild Leader according to player’s Role, Contribution, the time they entered the Guild.

2. Transfer Guild Leader

The Guild Leader can transfer their role to other members at [Guild Hall] - [Settings]. The former Guild Leader will become a member after transferring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Assigning rules for new Guild Leader after system dismisses the former one: System will choose the Vice Leader with the highest Contribution as the new Guild Leader. If the Guild doesn’t have a Vice Leader, the system will choose the Elder with the highest Contribution. If the Guild doesn’t have an Elder, the system will choose the member with the highest Contribution. If the new Guild Leader doesn’t log in for seven consecutive days from the first day, the system will assign new Guild Leader according to members’ role and Contribution.
